The main body of this unit is 20'x40', but there is also a 5'x5' extension on one side of the unit, making the total square footage about 825 square feet. This is a great unit for record and inventory storage. There are two doors, one on the landing of the staircase for personal access and one for the forklift platform to be raised to. The door is locked with a deadbolt so a $10 key deposit is required. There is also a latch that can be secured with a pad or disk lock in addition to the deadbolt. Upon lease-signing, lessee shall furnish a security deposit of one month's rent ($400) and the pro-rated rental amount for that month.

Guardian Mini Storage has a full complement of varying security features to aid in the safe-keeping of your goods. The facility as a whole is fully alarmed to detect any unwanted presence on the premises. More than that, each individual unit is also alarmed. The facility is video-monitored by cameras that have placed at different locations throughout the yard. Finally, Guardian Storage features on-site management to ensure personal monitoring of the facility.
The Yard is first protected by its gate, which can only be accessed by passcode, entered into the keypad at the entry. The storage units themselves are protected not only by your own personal lock, but by a motion sensor alarm which registers any door motion and which will set off various alarms located in the facility if the proper passcode has not been entered at entry. Someone lives on-site to respond to these alarms. All door, gate & alarms activities are displayed and recorded at the Office. Security camera footage is also recorded at the Office.
